Pann Lim (Creative Director of Kinetic Singapore & Holycrap.sg) shares about how film nurtures his sensitivity towards others and how it extends to the way he raises his children.

One of Singapore’s well-known creative names, Pann Lim’s portfolio spreads across design, advertising and interactive media. He has won over 350 industry awards, including the President*s Design Award 2013 Designer of the Year and Creative Director of the Year 2012 awarded by the Institute of Advertising Singapore. Pann has been on juries for local and international award shows like the Singapore Crowbar Awards, Malaysia Kancil Awards, Cannes Lions and British D&AD Awards. A strong believer in nurturing fledgings and sharing his passion in creativity, Pann is the founding member of The Design Society, a non-profit organization that aims to educate, proliferate and archive graphic design in Singapore. Pann is currently an adjunct lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic School of Design. In 2011, he started holycrap.sg with his wife and two kids, an art collective focusing on the arts and had 3 successful exhibitions to date.
