Singapore – 26 May 2020: Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) has announced the selected projects in two major film grants: The Tan Ean Kiam Foundation-SGIFF Southeast Asian Documentary Grant (SEA-DOC) and the SGIFF Southeast Asian Short Film Grant (SEA-SHORTS).

The 31st SGIFF Call for Entry is now open: we’re inviting entries for Feature​ and Short Films, Southeast Asian Film Lab and Youth​ Jury & Critics Programme.​ More information on the guidelines as follows:

Singapore, 7 April 2020 – The Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) has appointed experienced arts manager Emily Hoe to the role of Executive Director to lead the festival. Emily takes over from Yuni Hadi and will focus on strengthening the organisational structure, governance and growth of the institution and further develop the strategies and vision of the festival.

Singapore, 3 November 2020 – The 31st Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) announces its full Festival line-up, as a hybrid format with cinema and online film screenings from 26 November to 6 December 2020, celebrating resilience and hope as the festival renews its purpose to discover Asian stories and deepen the appreciation of cinema in Singapore.
