Explore bold new filmmakers and hidden programme gems, meet like-minded cinephiles, and come build a vibrant culture of active dialogue and film criticism with us.
With the Cinephile Pass, you will have unlimited access to regular, non-sold-out film screenings* while covering the festival for any platform of your choice — including but not limited to traditional media platforms as well as digital platforms such as podcasts, Substack, YouTube, TikTok — all while maintaining full editorial freedom.
Amidst evolving modes of expression, we encourage you to freely and boldly redefine what it means to be a Cinephile today.

Who Should Apply
Our Cinephile Pass is open to anyone engaged in content creation and/or film criticism. Whether you’ve mastered the art of the succinct Letterboxd review or are already regularly pitching written reviews to film magazines, we welcome you to apply.
The call for applications is open from 10 — 30 September 2026.
- Applicants must be based in Singapore to attend the festival in person. There will not be any online component.
- We will accept your minimum donation of $50 only upon successful application for the Cinephile Pass.
- A maximum of 50 Cinephile Passes will be given out on a rolling basis. Apply early to ensure availability.
- All applications will be notified by 10 October 2026.
- Upon successful application, please submit at least 3 film reviews by 31 December 2026.
- The Cinephile Pass will grant you Rush Queue access to all regular screenings. If you wish to guarantee a seat to any specific screening, we recommend that you purchase a regular ticket.
- Upon approval of your Cinephile Pass, please donate by 18 September so that you can be verified in time for Early Bird Access. Any donations after 18 September will take up to 3 working days to process. We recommend that you apply early.
