An introverted space princess must save her bounty hunter ex-girlfriend from Straight White Maliens in this madcap animated comedy.
Saira is an introverted princess leading an isolated life on the hard-to-find planet Clitopolis. When her bounty hunter ex-girlfriend Kiki is kidnapped by Straight White Maliens, Saira must leave the safety of gay space to deliver the ransom – her Royal Labrys – within 24 hours. The only problem is… she’s unable to summon lesbiankind’s most powerful weapon.
Saira’s inter-gay-lactic quest in the company of a problematic male spaceship and non-binary musician Willow sees her confront not only the incel-like villains but also her own inner demons. Augmented by folksy tunes, this action-packed, pun-filled, candy-coloured animated comedy is both escapism and empowerment, delivering a universal message of self-love.
